SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

These general conditions include all information regarding the Sale, including the registration and purchase of items, in the online store www.puzzlefamily.pt
When using and/or buying from the online store, the Customer is bound by these Conditions and its other policies, so if you do not agree with it, you should not use it. Puzzle Family is a brand of Malhas Queiroga, Lda, Rua do Açúde, 1 – 4740-051 Apúlia, Portugal and with its tax number 501565469.
Puzzle Family may, at any time, update, modify or replace these Conditions and/or policies associated with it. 

REGISTRATION

To make a purchase, you must register at the online store, creating your account and providing some personal data. If you are an already registered user, simply identify yourself with your email address and password.
The customer authorizes the use of the data provided for contact purposes whenever necessary, as well as the provision of his personal data (name, address and contact) to the carrier in charge of delivering the items.
Our e-commerce services are exclusively available to end consumer (consumer who buys outside his business or profession).

PURCHASE

When browsing the online store and after finding the products you want to purchase, you should add them to the Shopping Cart.
Once you have chosen all the items you want, complete the purchase, filling in your personal data and selecting the payment method. Pay special attention when writing the address.
Review your order and proceed with payment, confirming it. By selecting the Exit button, at the end of the purchase process, your order is complete and you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the products you are purchasing.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made through the Ifthenpay system, Paypal and MBWAY. VAT has been added to all prices, at the applicable statutory rate where applicable and assuming that the buyer is the final consumer. Prices are in Euros (€ EUR).

Payment by ATM
This payment must be made within 48 hours after formalizing the order.

All products remain the property of Puzzle Family until the consumer has paid all amounts due under any contract, including payment of costs associated with the delivery of the products. You may not sell, dispose of or encumber any Product until full ownership of it has been transferred to you.

PRICES

Puzzle Family reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase. The site is updated with the utmost care, however, in the event of an error in prices, Puzzle Family is not committed to the offer and reserves the right to cancel your order.

SHIPMENTS

Puzzle Family delivers through CTT Correios de Portugal, in the following countries:
– EUROPE (Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland, except EU islands) – Shipping 15€ – Free shipping over 150€ – CTT (3 to 5 working days)
– Portugal – Shipping 3.95€ – Free shipping over 50€ – CTT (2 to 5 working days)
– Portugal Islands – Shipping 3.95€ – Free shipping over 50€ – CTT (3 to 7 working days)
Any additional fees for customs reasons are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DEADLINES

For all the countries described above, delivery is made through the company CTT, during its office hours. 
We will only deliver an order (always in hand) if the delivery address is a home or office located in one of the countries mentioned above, within a maximum period of 15 days. We do not guarantee these deadlines, in periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and in case of stock outs.

RETURNS

You have 15 days to return the product, free of charge, and you must fill in the document that follows with the order, in order to facilitate the process and presentation of proof of purchase. In addition, you must inform Puzzle Family that you will make a return via email geral@puzzlefamily.pt
To make a return request for an order, you must:
For returns from Portugal you can send via CTT by Regular Mail. Returns from the rest of Europe must be sent by registered mail.
No exchanges of numbers or sizes will be made. To avoid error, please consult our Size Guide.

PRODUCTS

Puzzle Family sells exclusive and top quality products, copyrighted, and is a registered trademark.
The products may not exactly match the actual clothing, with regard to the displayed image and colors, mainly due to the internet browser and monitor used.

OFFER RETURN

It is not possible for a person who received a product as a gift from another person to return it. In this case, to proceed with the return, you must contact the person who purchased it, so that they can return it with proof of purchase. Money loaded on gift card is not refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right not to accept your order, or cancel it even after its automatic confirmation. The customer can cancel the order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. For that, please contact us. 
If the products presented are no longer available at the time of checkout, we will notify you within a maximum period of 30 days, and the payment will be refunded. 

REFUSAL OF ORDER

Puzzle Family reserves the right not to accept the order or cancel the purchase if it finds that the appropriate conditions for carrying out the order do not exist. Such as:
– The product is no longer available (we will refund your money)
– Billing information is not correct
– The order is detected by our Security Systems as an incorrect order or an order susceptible to fraud
– The transfer for payment has not been received within 5 days after acceptance of the order
– The customer is under 16 years old
– The customer is a reseller
– There has been some kind of error in the price quotation
– Unable to deliver to the address provided
All orders submitted by the user are subject to acceptance by Puzzle Family.

DEFECTS

Due to the tight quality control in our confections, it is very difficult for one of our products to be damaged or defective. However, if this happens, and it is a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the specifications presented, the value associated with that purchase will be refunded and the shipping costs guaranteed in this return.

PRODUCT CARE

We emphasize the importance of washing and maintenance instructions printed on the labels of each product. 
Puzzle Family is not responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect treatment of the products.
For us, the quality of all our products is of paramount concern, which is why they are tested in real environments to make sure they are in perfect condition.

DATA PROTECTION

Puzzle Family respects the privacy of users who access and use the online store. We use security and encryption technologies, so your payment information will be encrypted from the moment you enter, and will not be stored on a public server. Despite this, the security of information and payments transmitted over the Internet or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed.

All content on the online store is owned by Puzzle Family. Although Puzzle Family works its platform with the utmost care, the information, texts, graphic documents, movies, music and/or other services may contain errors or be incomplete or incorrect. Puzzle Family is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the website, including damage caused by viruses or any inaccuracy or imperfection of the information, unless such damage is the result of negligence on the part of Puzzle Family.

Offers on the website are valid only for the time they are displayed on the website, unless otherwise communicated on the website.
